How to request deletionOption 1. In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account → confirm.Option 2. Email au.oc.abok%40troppus with the subject "Data deletion", including your account email.Option 3. Fill in the form on our website: https://koba.co.ua/eng-delete-data — state "Data deletion" in your message and include the email of your Vatra account.
Requests are processed within 30 days. We will send confirmation to the email you provide.
What will be deleted- Account data: name, email- Profile data: age, gender, selected role, goals- Assessment and test results- Session history, progress and streaks- App settings
What we retain and why- Anonymised usage statistics — not linked to you personally, used to improve the product
Retention periodOnce confirmed, data is removed from active systems within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.
